You!

Let's face it Sista... you need some me time. Sure that would be easy enough if I had it set in the budget, right? Well now you can... pamper yourself right at home for less!
Make it a spa day and meet all five senses:
1. Clean, declutter and make the lighting perfect with the use of candles in the bathroom (gulp), scrub it girl and try using aroma therapeutic cleaning products. See recipe section for  a homemade eco friendly version. By the way, a perfect gift!
2. Make it smell good. Here are a list of some more common essential oils:
Bergamot, Chamomile, Clary sage, Eucalyptus, Geranium, Ginger, Grapefruit, Jasmine, Lavender, Lemon

3. Make it sound good. Listen to something ambient and soft, something commercial free.
4. Make it feel good. Give your skin in a good, healthy cleansing:
See recipes for homemade scrubs, moisturizers and masks.
5. Make it taste good. Herbal infusion drinks are made by pouring boiling water over different leaves and flowers. Pour boiling water over the leaves or flowers, cover and steep for ten to thirty minutes (depending how string you like it). Drink a cup or two after your bath and replenish body fluids. Try these leaves and flowers: Anise-helps and tummy ache, Chamomile-promotes deep relaxation and sleep, Cinnamon- eases nausea and cold and flu symptoms, Dandelion- good diuretic and blood cleanser, Ginger- relieves cramps and cold and flu symptoms, Lavender-soothes and calms nerves and relieves fatigue and headache, Mint-refreshes and coll the body and helps relieve cramps, Nettle-improves energy and decreases stress, Rose-relaxes and lifts your spirits, Sage- keeps your brain sharp and memory quick.
